Miami Fit Box is a local meal-prep kitchen at 860 NE 79th Street. We cook organic, no-seed-oil meals fresh on delivery day and drop them at your door Tuesday and Saturday, 4â9pm.
This is not a frozen subscription shipped from another state. It is lunch and dinner from a Miami kitchen, built for people who train, work long days, and still want real food.
What's in the box

- Custom a la carte â mix and match proteins, carbs, and vegetables, including carnivore.

How Miami delivery works
- Order by Monday 9am for Tuesday delivery, or Friday 9am for Saturday.
- We cook that morning.
- You get a delivery window 4â9pm.
