How to scan your Miami Fit Box with FitScan
Every Miami Fit Box meal sticker can open that meal in FitScan — ingredients, portions, and nutrition from our Miami kitchen. FitScan is free for Miami FitBox customers.
Shopify checkout is not a FitScan login. After you order meals on miamifitbox.com, create a FitScan account with the same email you used at checkout so your scanned meals can sync to your profile.

What FitScan is (and isn’t)
FitScan is the bridge between your physical meal box and a simple digital meal view:
- Scan a sticker → see that meal’s calories, protein, carbs, and fat
- Review ingredients and portions from our kitchen
- Optional meal log, progress tracking, and AI coach tools inside the app
FitScan is a nutrition and tracking helper for your meal prep — not medical advice and not a replacement for a doctor or dietitian.
Step-by-step: scan your meal
- Find the QR code on your meal label / sticker after Tuesday or Saturday delivery.
- Open your phone camera and point it at the QR, or open FitScan at meal-nutrition-qr.vercel.app.
- Allow camera access if prompted. The scan opens that specific meal.
- Read the nutrition for that meal — ingredients, portions, and macros.
- (Optional) Sign in with a free FitScan account using the same email as your Miami Fit Box order so scans can save to your profile.
Camera blocked or QR won’t read? Type or paste the code into FitScan instead — no camera required.

After Tuesday or Saturday delivery
FitScan is most useful once the box is in your hands. We deliver Tuesday and Saturday only, 4–9pm ET. Order cutoffs: Monday 9am ET → Tuesday; Friday 9am ET → Saturday.

Yes. FitScan is free for Miami FitBox customers. Create an account with the same email you used to order.
My camera won’t open. What do I do?
Open FitScan in your browser and type or paste the code from the sticker. Also check that the browser/app has camera permission enabled.
The QR won’t scan.
Wipe the sticker, improve lighting, hold steady, or enter the printed code manually. Try another browser if needed.
I ordered on Shopify but FitScan doesn’t know me.
Checkout and FitScan are separate. Create a FitScan account with the same email as your order.
Does scanning give medical advice?
No. FitScan shows kitchen nutrition info for your meals. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.
When will I have a sticker to scan?
After your Tuesday or Saturday delivery (4–9pm ET window).
