Eating well in Edgewater
Life on the bayfront
Edgewater mornings start along the water. Runners loop Margaret Pace Park and the bayfront walk, dog owners meet at the park's dog run, and the tennis and basketball courts fill up after work. When you get back upstairs at 8pm, the last thing you want is a long wait on a delivery app. A Tuesday or Saturday drop means your lunches and dinners are already in the fridge.
Built for Edgewater towers
Most Edgewater residents live in high-rises, from the older towers on North Bayshore Drive to the newer buildings of the Paraiso District near NE 31st Street. Our drivers are used to porte-cocheres, valet lanes and package rooms. Add your building name, unit and front-desk notes at checkout and your box is left with the concierge, labeled with your name, during the evening window.
Between Downtown, Midtown and the beach
Edgewater sits a few minutes from Brickell and Downtown offices to the south and Wynwood and the Design District to the north, and the Venetian Causeway and the Julia Tuttle put Miami Beach within easy reach. Biscayne Boulevard is slow at rush hour, so a packed lunch from your box saves a trip out, and dinner is ready when you get home.
Weekends in Edgewater
Weekends here mean paddleboarding on the bay, a show at the Arsht Center just south of the neighborhood, or brunch in Midtown. The Saturday drop covers the weekend and Monday lunch, and the Tuesday drop carries you through the rest of the work week.
Who orders in Edgewater
Our Edgewater customers are mostly young professionals, couples and remote workers in one- and two-bedroom units, plus a growing number of families in the newer towers. Some choose the Weight Loss plan for higher-protein lunches and dinners, others pick the Traditional plan for more carbs at dinner, and plenty mix in a la carte meals for a partner with a different appetite. Each meal is single-portion and labeled, so a shared fridge stays easy to sort.
Near the Arsht Center and Museum Park
The south end of Edgewater runs into the Omni area, the Adrienne Arsht Center and, a little farther, Museum Park, home of the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science. On show nights it's easy to eat out. On the other nights, having dinner waiting at home keeps the week on track.

What goes into every box
Every meal is cooked the day it reaches you in SQF-certified kitchens, with avocado oil or tallow instead of seed oils, and it's never frozen. We source ingredients from Whole Foods and local South Florida farms, then portion each meal so the protein, carbs and vegetables are easy to track. Scan your box with FitScan, which is free for customers, to log your meals in seconds. Also see high protein meal prep · no seed oil · never frozen vs frozen.
Local delivery, not a shipped box
Many meal options are kits shipped from out of state. Ours are driven to Edgewater on our own Tuesday and Saturday route, so nothing sits in a warehouse or a freezer. Questions? Call (786) 867-1538 or email orders@miamifitbox.com.
