Meal prep delivery in Brickell

If you live or work in Brickell, Miami Fit Box drops fresh meals at your door Tuesday and Saturday, 4–9pm ET. We cook the same day in our kitchen, then run the route down Biscayne into Brickell and Downtown. Delivery is free.

No freezer bag from a national app. Ready-to-eat lunch and dinner with organic ingredients, grass-fed proteins, no seed oils, never frozen. Plans are from $135 a week, and code GET20 takes 20% off meal plans.

Built for Brickell condos and offices

Most of our Brickell customers live in high-rises, so we planned the route around that. At checkout, add your building name, unit and any gate or front-desk notes. If your building has a concierge or package room, we can leave your box at the front desk with your name on it. Meals are packed cold, so they hold well until you get home from the office or the gym.

Our 4–9pm window fits a Brickell day: order lunches for the week, keep dinners ready for late meetings, and skip the delivery-app markup on Brickell Avenue. If you are going to be out, tell us and we can note a neighbor, the front desk or a safe drop spot.
