Meal prep delivery in Brickell

If you live or train in Brickell, Miami Fit Box drops fresh meals at your door Tuesday and Saturday, 4–9pm. We cook the same day in our kitchen on NE 79th Street, then run the route into Brickell and downtown.

No freezer bag from a national app. Ready-to-eat lunch and dinner, organic ingredients, no seed oils.

• Window: 4–9pm

Weight loss plan and traditional plan are available by the week (lunch and dinner). Custom a la carte if you want different macros each day.
