Meal prep in Fort Lauderdale — Tuesday & Saturday local delivery
Miami Fit Box delivers never-frozen meal prep to Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday and Saturday only, 4–9pm ET. Fort Lauderdale is inside our local route (about 40 miles from our Miami kitchen) — this is free local delivery (as of 2026-09-30), not a shipped Florida kit. We cook the same day at 860 NE 79th St B — no seed oils, organic where applicable, SQF kitchens. Weekly Lunch & Dinner plans from $135 (code GET20 = 20% off meal plans, custom excluded → about $108/week).
Order by the cutoff, we cook that morning, and your box lands in the evening window. No other drop days.

Local Fort Lauderdale route vs national kits
Factor and CookUnity ship chilled or frozen meals nationwide on their calendars. Local clean brands (Munch Thyme, AthleticsFit, Primal Organic) serve South Florida with prepared meals — we compete in that local lane with same-day cook and a fixed Tue/Sat evening drop. We are not calling frozen food “bad”; our process is different: cook the morning of delivery, cleaner fats in the pan, and a Miami kitchen you can actually call.
