Sunset Harbour

Sunset Harbour is the neighborhood's fitness corner: boutique studios along Purdy Avenue and Bay Road, the bayfront at Maurice Gibb Memorial Park, and cafés that fill up after class. If you train in the morning, you still need real meals the rest of the day. Flamingo Park and Lincoln Road

Between Flamingo Park's track, pool and tennis courts and the walk down Lincoln Road, South Beach residents cover a lot of ground on foot. Many also work hospitality hours on Collins and Washington Avenue. A fridge stocked with portioned meals means you eat well whether your shift ends at 6pm or long after midnight.

South of Fifth and West Avenue

South of Fifth and the West Avenue corridor are tower country, with front-desk buildings near South Pointe Park and the Miami Beach Marina and along the bayfront up toward the Venetian Causeway. Getting on and off the island

The MacArthur and Venetian Causeways put Downtown and Brickell minutes away, and Alton Road traffic is part of life here. We plan the evening route around it, and we also deliver to Belle Isle and the Venetian Islands. The Saturday drop is ready after a beach day; the Tuesday drop covers the work week.

Collins Park and the Botanical Garden

Up toward 21st Street, Collins Park, the Bass Museum of Art and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden near the Convention Center give the north end of South Beach a calmer feel. Residents in the buildings around the park and along Collins Avenue get the same evening delivery, handed to the front desk or left at the door.
