Delivery days and cutoffs

We deliver Tuesday and Saturday only, 4–9pm ET. Local delivery is free across the Miami area, about 40 miles from our kitchen, including Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Downtown, Coral Gables, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale.

Order by Monday 9am ET for Tuesday delivery.
Order by Friday 9am ET for Saturday delivery.

What we can help with

Choosing a plan. The Weight Loss and Traditional plans are from $135 a week, and code GET20 takes 20% off meal plans. You can also build custom meals.
Delivery notes. Condo, concierge, gate code or a safe drop spot. Add it at checkout or send it to us before the cutoff.
Pausing a plan. Plans of 3 weeks or more can pause up to 1 week in total, requested before the cutoff. See pause your plan.
Ingredients and allergies. We cook with no seed oils, and meals are never frozen. Ask us about any ingredient before you order.

Order changes and meal picks

Want to swap meals or skip fish? Tell us before the cutoff for that drop and we will update your order. You can also pick your meals for each drop in the meal picker. If something about a delivery isn't right, text us the same evening.

What is the best way to reach you before a cutoff?
Text or call (786) 867-1538. Changes for Tuesday need to reach us before Monday 9am ET, and changes for Saturday before Friday 9am ET.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Send the new address, building and unit before the cutoff for that drop, and we will update the route.

Do you deliver outside Miami?
Local delivery is free across the Miami area, about 40 miles from our kitchen, including Fort Lauderdale. Shipping to the rest of Florida is coming soon.

Are the meals frozen?
No. We cook every meal the day we deliver, with no seed oils, and it is never frozen.

Delivery area

We are delivery only: free local delivery across about 40 miles of Miami-Dade and Broward, centered on North Bay Village, plus Florida City. Every Miami Fit Box meal is cooked on delivery day, then packed cold and sent out on the Tuesday and Saturday routes.
