Why local Coral Gables delivery beats a shipped kit
National cook-and-ship kits (Factor, CookUnity, and similar) are built for long-haul logistics. Premium local kitchens like Munch Thyme, AthleticsFit, and Primal Organic compete on clean ingredients — we match that lane and add same-day cook plus a Tuesday/Saturday evening drop from Miami. Different process, not “frozen is bad”: fresher texture, avocado oil / olive oil / tallow / butter in the pan (no seed oils), and a local team at (786) 867-1538.
