Miami Fit Box delivers fresh meal prep across Miami-Dade on Tuesday and Saturday only, 4–9pm ET. We cook the same day — never frozen, no seed oils, organic ingredients where applicable, prepared in SQF kitchens. Weekly plans start from $135.
This is local meal prep delivery from a Miami kitchen — not a frozen kit shipped from another state. Order by the cutoff, we cook that morning, and your box lands in the evening window.
How Miami delivery works
- Place your order by the cutoff. Monday 9am ET → Tuesday delivery. Friday 9am ET → Saturday delivery.
- We shop and cook the day of delivery. Ingredients are prepared that morning so meals arrive never frozen.
- You get a 4–9pm ET delivery window. Tuesday or Saturday only — we do not deliver on other days of the week.
- Enjoy and (optionally) scan. Each meal has a label with contents and heating notes. Scan the QR with FitScan to see nutrition for that meal.
Cutoffs (memorize these):
- Order by Monday 9am ET for the upcoming Tuesday drop (4–9pm ET).
- Order by Friday 9am ET for the upcoming Saturday drop (4–9pm ET).
Need to adjust after you order? Reply to your confirmation email or contact us — we are happy to help with substitutions or pauses when timing allows.

What days do you deliver?
Tuesday and Saturday only, between 4–9pm ET. We do not deliver on other days.
What are the order cutoffs?
Monday 9am ET for Tuesday delivery. Friday 9am ET for Saturday delivery.
Do you freeze the meals?
No. Meals are cooked the day of delivery and delivered never frozen.
Do you use seed oils?

Can I change or pause an order?
Reply to your confirmation email or contact us at orders@miamifitbox.com / (786) 867-1538. Plans of 3+ weeks can skip up to 1 week total (2 deliveries), together or separately. Request before the cutoff (Mon 9am ET for Tuesday, Fri 9am ET for Saturday); skipped deliveries are added to the end of your plan.
