Why local Aventura delivery beats a shipped kit
National cook-and-ship kits (Factor, CookUnity, and similar) optimize for warehouse-to-door shipping calendars. Local clean competitors (Munch Thyme, AthleticsFit, Primal Organic) focus on ingredient quality — we do too, with same-day cook from Miami and a fixed Tuesday/Saturday 4–9pm ET route. Honest difference: process and proximity, not a slam on frozen food. Local support: (786) 867-1538.
