What “no seed oils” means in our kitchen
In practice, we skip industrial seed oils when we cook your meals. Instead, we use cooking fats such as avocado oil, olive oil, beef tallow or grass-fed butter, depending on the dish. That is an ingredient and kitchen-practice choice — how we want the food to taste and how we want the box built — not a claim that food replaces a doctor or treats any condition.
What we aim for on every order:
- No industrial seed oils in the cook
- Organic produce where applicable
- Grass-fed and pasture-raised proteins when on the menu
- Wild-caught seafood options
- Non-GMO grains when carbs are included
- Prepared in SQF kitchens
Never frozen — cooked the day of delivery
We do not cook weeks ahead and freeze. On delivery day we prepare your meals, pack them, and run the Miami-Dade route. You get fresher taste and texture than a thawed kit — high-protein, healthy meal prep that still feels like real food.

We are not saying frozen food is “bad.” We are saying our process is different: same-day cook, cleaner fats in the pan, and a drop on Tuesday or Saturday evening.
