Meal prep in Key Biscayne — Tuesday & Saturday delivery
Key Biscayne feels a world away once you cross the Rickenbacker, and that is the point. The trade-off is that good, clean food on a weeknight usually means a drive back to the mainland. Miami Fit Box makes the trip for you every Tuesday and Saturday, 4–9pm ET, with meals cooked the same day, never frozen and made without seed oils. Local delivery is free.
Weekly Lunch & Dinner plans start at $135, and code GET20 takes 20% off meal plans (custom meals excluded).
